Pamela Anderson Holding a Cigarette in this picture. Pam Anderson smokes in a few flicks but I just have to say that I kinda cringe and think that her style may be one of the worst I've seen. Back when she looked real good I heard that she smoked in one of her movies. My heart was racing ready to see just how good it was gonna be. Well I must say I was very disappointed as the smoking was not very good and just totally fake and staged.
